Tree & Shrub Care in Montgomery & Bucks Counties

Consistent Care That Supports Long-Term Plant Health

Your trees and shrubs face ongoing pressure from insects, disease, environmental conditions, and soil health throughout the year, and without consistent care, that stress can add up.

Our Tree & Shrub Care plans provide year-round preventive treatments to maintain the health of your plants, protect the value of your property, and help you avoid the cost of replacing mature trees and shrubs down the road. Choose from three levels of care, each built around a schedule of nutrient applications, insect control, fungus prevention, and stress relief treatments timed to match what your landscape needs throughout the seasons.

Choose the Right Level of Care for Your Landscape

No two properties are the same, and neither are the threats your trees and shrubs face throughout the year. That's why we offer three levels of year-round care — so you can choose the plan that matches your landscape, your concerns, and your budget.

Each plan includes scheduled visits from our trained technicians, who apply environmentally friendly products with targeted methods like deep root fertilization, soil-applied systemics, and foliar treatments. We don't use high-nitrogen chemical fertilizers that encourage rapid, vulnerable growth. Instead, we focus on building long-term health and resilience.

Our approach is centered on long-term plant health and responsible care. If a tree reaches a point where treatment is no longer effective, we provide clear, honest guidance so you can make informed decisions about next steps.

Signs Your Trees Need Year-Round Care

Ideally, you'd start a care plan before problems appear, as that's the whole point of preventive maintenance. But if you're already seeing changes in your trees or shrubs, it's time to call us. Watch for:

Leaves that look discolored, spotted, or just "off" compared to previous years
Thinning canopy or branches that seem bare when they shouldn't be
Early leaf drop, especially if neighboring trees of the same species still look full
Sticky residue or black sooty buildup on leaves, decks, patios, or parked cars
Visible insects, webbing, or egg masses on branches or leaves
Bark that's cracking, peeling, or falling off in unusual patterns
New growth that looks stunted, wilted, or dies back quickly
Trees or shrubs that just haven't looked right for a season or two, even if you can't pinpoint why
  • Good

Our entry-level plan focuses on nutrition and stress management and is a solid foundation for keeping generally healthy trees and shrubs in good shape year after year.

    • Spring Nutrient Application: Deep root fertilization in early spring to replenish nutrients and support strong new growth as the season starts. We inject liquid fertilizer and soil amendments directly into the root zone, where your trees can absorb them most effectively.
    • Summer Stress Relief Application: A mid-season treatment that helps your trees manage heat and drought stress, supporting overall health during the most demanding part of the year.
    • Fall Nutrient Application: A late-season feeding that helps trees store energy for winter and gives them a head start for the following spring. Think of it as setting your trees up for success before they go dormant.

The Good program is ideal if your trees and shrubs are generally healthy, and you want to keep them that way with consistent, proactive care.

  • Better

The Better Program contains everything in the Good Program, plus insect control treatments that protect your trees from common pests throughout the entire growing season. This is where we start getting ahead of the bugs, not just reacting to them.

    • Winter Insect Control Application (Beginning of Year): A dormant-season treatment targeting overwintering insects before they become active in spring. Getting to them while they're dormant is far more effective than chasing them once they've hatched.
    • Soil-Applied Systemic Insect Control: A targeted application that's absorbed through the root system, protecting the tree from the inside out against common pests like aphids, scale, and other damaging insects. Because it works systemically, it reaches areas that topical sprays can miss.
    • Summer Insect Control Application: An additional treatment during peak insect season when pests are most active and most likely to cause visible damage to your trees and shrubs.

The Better Program is a strong fit if you've noticed insect activity in the past, such as sooty mold on your patio, sticky residue on cars parked under trees, or leaves riddled with holes.

  • Best

Our most comprehensive plan. It includes everything in the Good and Better Program, plus full fungus control and year-round insect protection; complete coverage for property owners who don't want to leave anything to chance.

    • 3 Spring Fungus Control Applications: A series of three treatments timed during the critical spring infection window, when fungal diseases are most likely to take hold. This is especially important for species prone to anthracnose, leaf spot, and other fungal issues common in southeastern Pennsylvania.
    • Winter Insect Control Application (End of Year): A second dormant-season treatment that bookends the year, reducing the overwintering insect population heading into the next growing season. Combined with the beginning-of-year treatment in the Better plan, this gives your trees 12 months of insect protection.

The Best program makes the most sense if you have a mature landscape with a mix of tree species, a history of disease or pest issues, or if you simply want the peace of mind that comes with knowing your trees and shrubs are fully covered.
